About Tamara K Connect
Who is Tamara?
I am a certified Compassionate Inquiry practitioner and private mentor, a Raja yoga instructor, and I apply the Somawise practice to all my coaching.
When we feel 'stuck' in our lives, we first need to find out what is getting in the way. And then the way shows itself to us.
How do we know where those signs and signals are coming from?
And how do we learn what they mean?
I can help with that!

This unique coaching for consciousness and healing combines the Compassionate Inquiry and Somawise practices.
Healing the mind/body is available for everyone. Sessions are offered to individuals, groups, couples and families.
Pricing:
$80 - $150 / session.
Subsidies and pay-what-you-can sessions may be available. Please inquire about them.
Sessions are available in person, via zoom or by telephone.
